Cameron Marshall founded C. Marshall & Associates (now Marshall Jovanovska & Ralph) in January 2003. He was recognised as a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law in 2006. Cameron graduated with degrees in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in 1997 and has practised exclusively in criminal law ever since. He is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of Western Australia and in the High Court of Australia.

Alex Shirrefs joined the firm in 2018 first as a law clerk and then as an admitted lawyer in 2020. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Archeology) and Juris Doctor at Monash University. He attended the College of Law and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Alex is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
